Any dealership can give you a great deal and help, EXCEPT Paramus Auto Mall! They are useless after the sale.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from a car dealer that is useless in helping to resolve problems! Pay attention

when you turn in your vehicle.

Paramus Auto Mall just "receives in" the vehicle. In questioning the salesman, it

was stated by him that "the car was good and we don't fill out paperwork on a lease turn-in anymore". That should have been a warning.

Two weeks after turning it in, we received a letter from GMAC saying there was a "broken" seat and billing us for

$210.00 for the "repair". I say "prove it!" as this dealer had the nerve to say that to us.

Someone from the dealer or GM yard did the damage getting into the car, with their fat ass, and transporting it from Paramus to wherever it went. Of

course GMAC said "the car has been sold already", can only produce a picture of the supposed damage and claims "they do not

have to make the repair" so they can not produce the supposed damaged item.

Take pictures of your lease vehicle, make the dealer fill out some type of form as to any damage and stay away from

PARAMUS AUTO MALL!, a dealer who is absolutely useless! For that matter, stay away from GM who is also useless

to a loyal GM family who has bought / leased 20+ vehicles since 1984!! That will never happen again.
